Membership Renewal

You may renew by visiting the office (Click here for Office details) or renewing online.

There are three methods of paying:

1. On-line bank transfer: this is zero cost and preferred
2. Cheque: each cheque received costs Swindon u3a 62p
3. Credit or debit card: this has the highest cost at 20p + 1.4% - so £10 costs Swindon u3a 0.34p, £20 costs £0.48

If everyone pays their individual £10 subscription by cheque or card, that could cost Swindon u3a £600.

All members at the same address may be renewed with one renewal request and a single payment.

There are three ways of renewing for the year as outlined below.

1. With a SUCAS account: Login, and then use the menu path Member's menu > Personal Details > Membership Details
2. Without a SUCAS account: Fill in your name and membership number, and email address below and click on Continue
   If the data matches that on your records, an e-mail will be sent to your registered e-mail address with further instructions.

3. Completing an On-line Application Form
   You will need to do this if,
   1. There is a new member at the same address and you wish to pay for everyone at the same time.
   2. You have changed your email and/or address since your last renewal and have not informed the office.
   Note: If you use the application form, any group supplements that you need to pay will have to be paid separately. If you renew via a SuCAS account or sign-in, you do not need to fill in all your data.
